got out to do a 4 mile run. at the beginning legs were pretty tight but after about a half mile they loosened up. about halfway in my shins started to hurt but not enough to effect my run so there still good. my foot still hurts from yesterday but i think by tomorrow that will be gone. i dont think i gave myself enough time after eating lunch to run because my stomach was definitely hurting. wasnt to bad of a run though so i think it was a good way to finish off the week. pretty excited for bumping my mileage up to about 35 next week
