Hill workout. i had 4x2 400's and 4x4 200's. my times were

overall i think i had a pretty good workout. near the end of it i was completely gassed and was just pushing myself to finish but i got through it. my quads got pretty tight but that was just because we were doing hills. i look forward to the workouts next week
