I'm still going to use this website to track my workouts, but I am going to be more focused on lifting compared to running from now on. My warmup/cooldown mile on the treadmill were both 7:30 so I combined those for my log. The workout I had between the mile's was as followed
Superset-wide barbell curl/one arm dumbell tricep extension
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Barbell-50lbs
dumbbell-20lbs
Superset- Incline Dumbbell Curl/ Cable one arm tricep extension
4 Sets of 12 Reps
Dumbbell curl's 25 lbs
One arm cable row's 30lbs
Tri-set- Reverse Barbel curl/EZ bar skull crushers/ Tricep dumbbell kickbacks
3 sets of 12 reps
Reverse Barbel curl- 60lbs
EZ bar skull crushers- 60lbs
Tricep kickbacks- 15lbs
