Notes
Finally got my Monday kicked off with a long run by my standards, and am super pumped about it. First 2 miles felt awesome. My legs were rested from resting yesterday, and i felt like i was getting the hang of things again. Second two miles werent nearly as easy, my legs tightened up a bit. I'm not really surprised by that though. Took a lot to get through my last mile, was tired and my body was cooperating much. Once i got close to home though i was able to just open up and even pick up my pace some. great run to start the week
