I'm married to GaSpartan fan. I grew up In Michigan, and Moved to Georgia after graduating from Michigan State University in 1987. I enjoy reading, camping,running, target shooting, and hanging out with my family. |
Why do I run:
I enjoy the solitude, the scenery, and of course the occasional race! and it feels good to be fit. |
Why I started running:
To lower my blood pressure (always been thin and could eat almost anything I want) but the blood pressure has always been a little high, Running beats Medication and so far it has worked. |
