5K W2 D7; 1:20:00; 55 min 80-83% (228-237) CP; 6x1 min 103-105% (294-299) CP (about 5k effort) w/2 min EZ run/jog bet.; EZ remainder 7; Upper quads still a little sore had problems keeping watts down. Right quad started bugging me at 50 minutes so I picked up the pace. It didn't bug me anymore even for the 6x1; 7:07 AM 48.6 F; Source: Stryd; Garmin 8.11; CP 285; -2.2 lbs.
