COMMENTS: Dare I call this a "tempo run"? Well, in any event, I started out fast. It was cold and breezy, so I decided to keep going fast (well, fast by my standards) and make it a short run, especially 'cause I ran yesterday. So I just did a 5K, at slightly slower than my 5K pace last November (though that was a less windy day). Had one gel pack and 8 oz. of Gatorade en route, which is massive overkill for a 5K, but what the heck...
Splits: 9:32, 9:48, 10:33 (into the wind)
