Notes

COMMENTS: Okay, I admit it, weight-lifting's starting to bore me. I managed two sets of each muscle, and I think I'll stay at that (instead of three sets as I'd been doing). That should be enough to maintain my current muscle level. I'll see how that much muscle looks when there's 15 less pounds of fat on it, and maybe I'll reassess my workout regimen.

For variety, I tried doing pushups instead of bench press. Did three sets of those, but only lowered myself until my upper arms were horizontal. It'll take some getting used to--I think I'll alternate that with bench press for a while.
