COMMENTS: I didn't feel like I was pushing too hard, though I certainly was keeping a faster pace than usual--but judging by my heart rate, maybe I was going just a *little* bit hard.
No running tomorrow (I ran two days in a row, don't want to do three); Sunday is my long run, and I'll make sure to keep it slow and easy. (Six miles on Sunday, I'm thinking.)
