Notes

My knee was feeling good today and after flying a decided to head to the hotel gym. I got on the treadmill and very shortly found out tht the pounding was not feeling good on the knee so I switched to the elliptical. It may not be exactly running but it was still 4 miles of working the legs and heart so I am counting it. It was a good pace and a good resistance so it still made for a good workout.
