This run didn't turn out as I had hoped but I had to be realistic. I was hoping for 18'sh, the rest of the group was looking for about 20. I just didn't have it in me. The near 100m in 10 days and the fact that over the past week I have doubled my mileage I have been running for the past 3 months just took its toll and I had to call it quits and error on the side of not hurting myself versus pushing on. I need to get some miles in though so it will be a fine balance over the next 2 months to push myself but yet not push to hard and get hurt. Maybe next weekend I will be a bit more rested or a bit more use to the miles and I can get a good back to back in.

Good to reel it in and avoid the injury. Hell of a week plus though. I was sort of wondering when you might finally get tired. Doubtful on Tuesday due to weather but if it's on we'll see you there.
