What a great run. i got on wanting in my head to run 10 but the first few miles felt like I might bag out, but then the miles started ticking off and I was getting into a groove. By mile 5 I thought maybe I could get to 7, then at 7 I knew I could probably make it if I didn't tire to much, by 8 I was still feeling good and cruised through mile 10 feeling great. 10m at 8 pace is a good clip for me lately after my recovery from racing and then the diet plan I think this is my fastest pace run of decent mileage in a long time.
