Notes
This was a really nice run. I didn't get out till later so it was almost dark. I got all my flashing gear and head lamp and enjoyed the brisk cool dark night run. Pretty pleased with the overall pace of this run too. Kept a pretty good pace after my two days off so felt refreshed for most of the run till I started to tire towards the end.
