Notes
I want to start getting a little longer runin after my bike rides so I started today, was going to shoot for 40 minutes but I was a little to speedy today and pulled out a 38:24 instead but close enough. Plan still calls for 30min run after my rides. I hoping to do mostly 40 so when they so 40 I can go for 50 and get some better mileage.
50 min run tomorrow morning but probably go over a little over an hour. I'd like to get 8 done in the morning.
