Notes
It was an O'cast rainy dreary morning, much as I expect the day to be, I figured however that if I was wet swimming I shouldn't let it stop me from going to the pool so off I went at 5:15 this morning. Shorter session today but still seemed to take awhile. I am not the best of swimmers I know that but things are getting better. I think friday I have a time trial so that should be fun, NOT, to see just how well I am doing.
