Notes
This was a really pretty scenic ride from my mom's house in Annapolis, out a busy street or two for about 5 miles and then into farm land where I cruised along for most of the ride. I had a good pace going till about 20 miles in and then y legs really started to protest. I made speed where I could but had to pull back at times and slowed on the hills. However, it was 55 miles so that in itself is a good training ride. Shows I should be about 3 hours then on race day. Time for lunch, I am starving.
