Notes

So this was another hill workout. this time I went 35m and at 11% instead of 10%. Overall pace was close to 50sec/mile faster then last week even with a higher incline and 5 more minutes. This is a hell of a workout but kinda fun to though in a twisted your heart is beating out of chest kinda way.
