Easy slow paced run. Kept the mileage low in hopes of getting through some miles on Sat and sunday and as a recovery from the tempo last night. Left a little to soon after lunch so had some cramps and the legs resisted running a bit but got through it ok at the slow pace.
Don't understand why my runs go good, bad, ok, horrible, ok, good, ok, good suck ass, etc there is no rhythm, there is no consistency with back to back good days. I don't know if I just need a stronger base or what but it gets old when you have a good run and know the next one will suck no matter what.
