So I was lucky enough to get to pull a double today, afternoon schedule worked out so I was able to get back into the gym and make up another 9 for 12 for the day. I didn't get the 12 in one run but I will take what I can take around here. Better then zero. felt real good actually and enjoyed it. Trying to push the pace at the end to get a little faster as I have noticed how much I have slowed down over the past months.
