Notes
This was a tough ride. I new I didn't want to try to keep to my usual pace so I just held back a little bit. I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwhich at an hour out and man was it good tasting. The trek back really kicked my ass, I was sore in the neck/legs/back/ass and everywhere else. This weeks bike time is just catching up with and looking forward to the next 2 days off from biking for a bit.
