Escalate 8 miler but not exactly what I was looking for, so I definitely need to work on that a little bit. I'm missing about 2 gears right now, and I'm not sure if it's my hamstring or undertraining.
This is what I hit:
6:30s, 6:10s, 6:00s, 5:45, 5:34
Probably would have been 5:35, 5:34 if it wasn't for that Lunken Hill climb at the start of my escalation. Overall, eh.
