I was a bit stiff yesterday but I stretched to avoid major soreness.
Did you do anything the next day?. A 20 minute or so recovery jog or even brisk walk would help with this. At least that is what I have found.
Nice work, by the way.

The day I was stiff was the day of the run. The next day (yesterday) was totally (pretty much - just the glutes like I said) fine. And thanks.
MTA: Although, I did do a bit of walking yesterday and it loosened up what minor soreness I did have. It definitely helped.
Led and hacker, good luck on your 20 milers.
Starting to think you can do a marathon?! Girl, you are there! You just did a 20-miler and if you can do that you can do the marathon. visualize crossing that finish line and how great you are going to feel. One of my favorite quotes: "Your body will follow the mind"
You are prepared physically, just keep believing!
Good luck,
Jill
