fitness/weight goals for 2013…1) STAY INJURY FREE!!!2) Get to 195 lbs by Country Music Half Marathon (4-27-13)...and stay there (as of 2-18-13, was at 203.0 lbs)
3) Complete Ironman Louisville on my 50th birthday (8-25-13)
4) 3,500 total overall miles for the year:
Swim: 100 miles
Bike: 2,200 miles
Run: 1,200 miles
Hoping to Run Again :-(
Start back up after the bean is born!My slo-o-o-o-w running is still faster than sitting on the couch! Because I may not go far. I may not go fast. But I go.

Before is the day of my first daughters birth, wife still in surgery(c section), weighing in around 210lbs.

• 1st olympic distance duathlon
• 1st Iceman Cometh mtn bike race
• Half Fanatic
• punch Type 1 in the junk
I'm only trudging along and maybe running 2-3 miles at a time, but these stories make me wonder if a marathon isn't completely crazy - someday.

If I can do it...anyone can! 2.5 years ago I was a non-runner...today I ran my longest run ever, 17 miles.
