It gives me satisfaction that DH is about 3 months older than me, so I get prepared through him. He turns 47 in two days! My turn in May.

I'll tell you what, the revealed birthdays of the, ummm.. "more senior'' of our ladies really surprised me. Just from their avatar and race photos, I would have guessed about 5 - 10 years younger for them than their actual age. Damaris turning 40, really? and Little Blue in her 50s? No way! And so on and so on.
I guess running really is helping keep you lovely ladies looking younger!

I turned 60 last summer and was all excited about the new age group. Too bad for me I have been sick or injured and have not raced since my birthday.

Remembering my age was a problem until I started to run. After typing my age into active.com and other race registration sites, and having the website compute and display my age over and over and over again, I just kinda got used to it.
Like Kiwi, I too am 46 and will turn 47 the day before Boon turns 43.

Turned 36 in December. And as I heard a comedian say many years ago, 36 is the first age you can date a girl half your age and not go to prison for it.
