Hey there, I graduated to 5 x (3min run/2min walk) today (up from 2 min run last week, up from 1 min runs the week before). I'm happy to report that it's getting better...I'm way better than I was a month ago! FS, I have a run coach that specializes in rehabbing injured runners (he's a doctor of physical therapy) and he's amazing--lmk if you want his contact info.

It was my first run of the year wearing shorts and a tank, and I was hot! Felt awesome.

          I ran 5

Thanks for the early feed back. It will be interesting how you feel as you get more time in them. I don’t need a wider toe box but I don’t want it overly tight. I do have shoes show that wear at the pinky toe in the upper. So maybe a bit more room wouldn’t hurt.

I like the idea of finding a lighter shoe.

JohnnyJogs I ran 10 with the Ride ISO yesterday, and 11 with the Breakthru 4. It's a little early to say for sure but here are my first impressions.

RD. The hike will do for today.

                That's a link to a garlic bread recipe. ???

I ran 12.3. It was 63 when I started, and I definitely noticed the sudden onset of spring temps.
