Oski, the same guys as the prior picture! Morning. Did not run yesterday and I am not sure if I will run today. After 1.5 weeks I am still congested, da fuck.

Out of curiosity, where does that expression come from, D? Who started it? I have never heard any English speaking folks around here say this. It sounds like what some Italians on that Jersey Shore show would say.
Beth, do people say "Da fuck" in New Brunswick?

It's 5 degrees here and feels like 0. Yay.
That is lovely!
I know! I'm excited to get out there. We had a big warm up two weeks ago , 3 days in a row at 32, unfortunately
I was in the throes of the cold/flu from hell and had to watch hubby go without me

Nope. We say "crap" or just plain "fuck" eh :. We are simple folk here
I like that. No false pretence.

She did! But what's better is when she drops da fickity fuck? lmao
Da fuck is short for "What the fuck?", which is different than just "fuck".
Ah yes, one is a question, one is a exclamation.
Well, I sort of understood that...lol... So is D. the only person who ever says Da fuck? I've never heard anyone else use it. That's why I'm asking. I find it interesting to uncover where expressions stem from.
It's used elsewhere too. Urban Dictionary
And South Park even uses it. Heh, lol.
Well if South Park uses it...let us all use it!

Rocky and I ran a whopping 15 miles on the trails this morning, considerably slower than it would have been on the roads but it was a great run and we enjoyed it. 2:39:11 with an average pace of 10:37 min/mile, not bad though I am already feeling it and I think tomorrow morning's run will be on the road.
The weather actually isn't bad at all here today, a high of 48 but windy. Right now it is 37 degrees and sunny - but I will be so happy when it stops going below 40.
