Z, that story about the police reminds me of a Y2K work run we had at conference in St. Louis, running around the Arch. Park police stopped us because we didn't have a permit. He asked who is in charge and all 20 fingers pointed at our boss. My first race and I was 2nd....to last.
Former Bad Ass
I managed 4 miles on the TM yesterday, before our guests arrived. No pain afterwards, and no pain today. That's progress! We've had at least 6 inches of rain in the past two days - a record for this area. Our little creek out front, that was almost dry last week, is now a lake about 30 feet wide.

It's the same 15k race that I'm doing, she'll have to do it, or wait till next year.
