Hi Ilene,

Please replace my M 60-64 Marathon time with 3:58:58. 6 whole seconds faster! Unfortunately, there was an even faster geezer who occasionally posts on RA. Maybe he'll forget to tell you his time.

It's a personal worst, and 4 days later I was having foot surgery, but since no one has a 20k time in my age group, I will stake a claim:

20K

10 mile 45-49 male

10 mile Spooky Trail Run 01:15:01. Tried to run at M pace but couldn't hold it. Ended up running faster than M pace effort. Finished 8^th overall.
