Well, with outdoor soccer starting up and a weekend trip to South Dakota for a track meet and banquet, it's going to be tough to get the runs in as scheduled, but this is what my schedule calls for. Could it be that I might have to run on consecutive days?! We'll see how it turns out.
Oh--thanks Holly--and have fun with CNYrunner on Thursday. I'm just wondering if it will stay an "easy pace..."

What did it say before??
I would love to run with you, CNY, one of these years. You come to NYC every so often, right? If you have a couple hours to spare, I'm just 12 miles west of the city. Of course you could run it faster than driving it, some days...
Oh, well while I'm here, I might as well post my plan.... seems to be I've joined the "another week, another race" club. I have a 10k this Sunday, my first time racing that distance. So we all know what that means... automatic PR!
who says life doesn't have a soundtrack?
Thanks Holly:
Well let’s see what this week brings!

The pain that hurts the worse is the imagined pain. One of the most difficult arts of racing is learning to ignore the imagined pain and just live with the present pain (which is always bearable.) - Jeff
