but my awful green shirt that I tied around my waist got all turned around and looks like some sort of funky running skirt.
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."
Erika, I think Holly has my email, at least, that's what Mainerunr claims. It's prolly the work one, though.

Running has given me the courage to start, the determination to keep trying, and the childlike spirit to have fun along the way - Run often and run long, but never outrun your Joy of running!
Oh yea, I did go to the gym for some upper body work. Lousy non-running weather here in CT! It is 60° out! I can pretty much guarantee above average temperatures here for oh say the next two and a half weeks. dg. happy to oblige! Non-running means more posting time available each day. Gotta look on the bright side! Nice gym workout yesterday now get back out on the road!
I'm never going to lift more than 20 pounds ever again, maybe. I did this same thing a year or two ago, but it seems a little worse this time. The joys of ageing!
