I was really ascared to look at my monthly total--and now I know why. 22.7 miles for the month with 4 miles as the long. Black eye

Need a fast half for late fall. Then I need to actually train for it.

May 2011 169.3 miles It was looking all month like I was going to get to 200 miles for May. But a last week with only 15 miles put the kibosh on that one. Too many house tasks to do.

YTD 2011 495.2 miles Yuck. Too many ouchies early in the year.

A 10K PR of 47:30
