No walking for me today. I had a PET/CT scan this afternoon. Right now I'm not feeling real good and have a meeting to go to at 7. I just want to stay home and sleep.
Leslie - is that for real? Too funny!

I hammered down the trail, passing rocks and trees like they were standing still.

I just looked at the workout overview and it shows calories burned. (using just weight and distance) Has anyone ever looked at how accurate this is?
Life is a headlong rush into the unknown. We can hunker down and hope nothing hits us or we can stand tall, lean into the wind and say, "Bring it on, darlin', and don't be stingy with the jalapenos."

Stumpy, you said it shows calories burned in the workout overview -- is that in the RA log? I don't see it... quote> Carolyn Yes. in the log, if you look at the "workout" list and then "view entry" you see calories (and VO2 max) at the bottom. but it's only there if you've entered your weight in the workout.
