Hang in there, Leslie. You give so much to this community, it's only natural that we want to give something back. We're all pulling for you as you deal with so many carpy things. {{Leslie}}
Marathon Iowa 2014
Be strong. This is a good group here. And we take care of our own.
Speaking of which, did I mention I'm thinking of going 50 miles for my 50th birthday in October? I sure could use the advise of an experienced ultra runner...
We're all friends here. We're here for each other. Hang in there.

No thank you's are necessary. We all want to see you prevail against these problems and we are here to help you in any way we can, which is unfortunately mostly just as a shoulder to lean on.
"During a marathon, I run about two-thirds of the time. That's plenty." - Margaret Davis, 85 Ed Whitlock regarding his 2:54:48 marathon at age 73, "That was a good day. It was never a struggle."
We all stand on both sides of the equation.........sometimes we receive......and sometimes we give.
You have given much to our community and now you get to receive.

I have been thinking about you sooo much lately, how you helped me get through my 50-miler, how you've inspired me, how strong you are through all your trials...and thinking that I'm lucky, too, to have "known" you these last few years. Know that the appreciation and the support are returned! (((((hugs)))))

..nothing takes the place of persistence.....
Leslie, for the most part I'll just say... what everyone else said! But I wanted to add... thank you for taking the time and energy to write such an eloquent and heartfelt thank you... which is more than enough. I'm sure you know too well the feeling of seeing someone in pain & being desperate to help somehow. It means so much to us to know that we (..well, everybody else...I'm sorry that I haven't been around much but I've been thinking of you) can help to some extent.
ongoing love and hugs......

Leslie: you put love out there, you get love in return. It's that simple. We're here, and we care. So thank YOU.
Tons of {{{{{ }}}}} for you.

"We all need somebody to lean on..."
Caring individuals make this group great. You are clearly one of those people, Leslie.

Just for the record, I never said that.
I think he read it on a T-shirt somewhere.
