Well I have to say that I'm pretty happy with that workout today. It's cooler but those intervals were easier and faster than they have ever been, and I kept the recoveries short and not at a snail's pace. Or at least I was happy until the middle of the 8th one. Seriously questioning whether I'll be able to run tomorrow.
MTA: and I did 8 at that pace the other day. Carrot.
