for whom the bell tolls....time marches on. for whom the bell tolls.
In order to see the truth, sometimes you have to loose an eye.

quick on the trigger and with the brain today there Coach. Your kind of day outside (I was parched and melting).
(I was parched and melting).
take off your shirt.
Heh.
Uh, no. I would risk blinding oncoming traffic and they could inadvedently (or purposefully) run me over. I should run Boston before I risk that.
well...maybe u should go bareback on monday then. you can blind lawrunnah and your othah buddies if they give u any trouble.
somethin i will find to be interestin:
tdave's pace ave. for 2011 is 8:00. mileage is on the low side but most workouts ah at a highah effit w/crosstrainin. 515 miles.
slick's is 8:13. mileage is insanely high. at least 75% of workouts ah considahed no way in hell easy but sits in a chair for the rest of the day. 1081 miles.
cremah's is 8:28. mileage is within normal range for someone who works full time on concrete and workouts ah all easy defaults. 849 miles.
lawrunnah's info isn't available...therefore he is a shit bum.
this is your boston trainin guys. i can't wait to see the results.
Cuch, you mean the average pace, right? Here is the display when the box is checked:
It's not accurate though, because my elliptical training is entered as run time without distance. You can estimate or calculate the average pace using the monthly run stats:
I would say its about 8:09. I'm sure Lance or Tall Dave can quickly supply a more precise figure using a spreadsheet or some other computer trick.
Older, slower, and trying to keep up with Tall Dave.

For the record:
Average pace for --- 7:38, average weekly distance-- 30. Total Miles---- 413. --- looking forward to see what that equals at Boston.
Salty
salty...please take this as a compliment, u ah in a different league than my guys here.
I would say its about 8:09.
There we have it - I'd say that pretty much have our answer. That 4 seconds = a near 2 minute victorty for you in Boston.
I'm thriving off all'ya'lls energy and excitement.
The only advantage I have from moving is a faster than ever training pace. Same amount of miles -- zero races and 5 extra pounds makes it really difficult to predict and outcome.
Trust me-- I'll be looking over my shoulder -- I just wish Jimbo was going to be the one pushing me.
Welcome catchmenow.
Who the hell are you?
troll.
so what did we learn here? it is imposible to predict anyones performance because there ah too many variables...even on a day with perfect conditions...even when you're feelin at your best...even when all your trainin says so...even when you have the world cheerin for you...even when you say so. still it's fun to share the thoughts and it's fun to build towahs even if they fall ovah and smack ya in the head comin down.
I should spend less time in my chair.
Or maybe more time in my chair.
