i have a workout type called "hang it up".
I should probably adopt this.
it takes an hour and 15 minutes to ride my bike to beaulahs from home (about 22 miles). the first mile is 46 miles an hour.
my first outside bike was on 4/5 last year.
my first run on actual dirt was 4/8 last year.
it doesn't look like i'll beat either of those.
and why am i saying that for? one can only guess.
