What the heck am I the only one left in the FFC? 188lb. today! Eric says I should enter in the Clydesdale div. and have the FFC sponsor me if I can ever run again.
Well, I just sat on my ass and polished off a six pack watching the end of the World Series, and I'm planning on almost no running next month, so I'd say the FFC is in no danger of going out of business. And have you seen Eric lately? He's campaigning for President.

i do believe now is the time to put the baseline down for the weight thing...as to control the uncontrolable options for shoveling it in. i do believe that for me...liquid diet is the way to go, cause i am not willing to give up my opporturties to check out 1-2 times a week, it is my only option. if it does not work...then a "meal" will be eliminated. this will keep my beer consumption down as well cause it will only take 3 beers to check out instead of the 12-14 it does now. it is winter...i don't need actual nutrition for training till march.
