Slow-smooth-fast
"I've been following Eddy's improvement over the last two years on this site, and it's been pretty dang solid. Sure the weekly mileage has been up and down, but over the long haul he's getting out the door and has turned himself into quite a runner. He's only now just figuring out his potential. Consistency in running is measured in years, not weeks. And over the last couple of years, Eddy's made great strides" Jeff 14 Jan 2009

I worked extremely hard for this finish, and finished in 24:24. 6:06 pace, I was thrilled to bits, comments please are very welcome.
Not at it at all.
I've got a fever...
On your deathbed, you won't wish that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will wish that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

"Only a few more laps to go and then the action will begin, unless this is the action, which it is."
Congratulations on a very nice race. Great pacing for a negative split. The 6:13 1st mile saved you. You should be much faster in a 5k. Plus there are action shots! You must know David Bailey (or his son) I feel your pain in the 2nd photo...
