Notes

First 2 miles warm up went well. Started 1X 1/2 mile at 3.50 pace as lower back started niggling a bit. I continued with the rest 4 workouts at an average of 3.50. Although breathing was good and legs felt strong back was still sensitive. I finished with a 2 mile warm down easy run back home and 10 min stretches thereafter. I struggled with this run and felt worried about my back. However I did focus on good body posture and running from the hips and body trunk keeping shoulders, upper body and legs relaxed. This helped a lot as it eased pressure on the lower back.
