COMMENTS: Thats as slow as I can go without walking. I was trying to stay below 160 bpm. With the hills and heat its impossible without walking. It wasn't an exhausting run but it takes a slow pace and determination to get up the hills and finish. Effort was 6. I would like to do this on my off days. I went to the gym for about 30 mins but nothing worth writing about.
