COMMENTS: Easy pace after yesterdays burner. Wanted to do 9 today and changed it to 5 but I needed to get Leila a Olivia from gymnastics so I only had time for 4. Like to do an easy 9 tomorrow. Just a typical run today. Felt much better than yesterday. Got in a hurry getting out of the car and forgot to put my HR strap on. Passed the 500 mile mark on my shoes today. Need to get new ones and break them in before the Half M.
