COMMENTS: Pleased with my weight today. May be a little dehydrated from the race. I would like to get to 160. Good long walk. I wanted to test a new runnning loop and walked it to see if there were any bad places. Plenty of hills though. Looks like a good loop that can be extended by going down the Greenway. Since today is suppose to be low impact, his will be my workout today. This and mowing the lawn.
