COMMENTS: Another early one. Up at 4:30. Really stiff for the first half mile and hard to get going. Loosened up good and in rhythm after about a mle.Temperature is much better but it looks like I'll need to get up at 4 in order to get to work on time. I'm a little sore today (13:15) from the 4 mile walk yesterday and the race. Effort 7-7.5.
