COMMENTS: Left knee felt funny off and on today. Not hurting, just an annoying feeling behind the knee cap.

I stepped up the time on the ellip and kept a slower pace. The rest was usual. Knee feels better this after noon, I need to take it easy on the runs. Yesterdays pace was a little fast.
