Really nice run with Gary. We threw in about 10 pickups of about 1/2 pace of 1 min each. Felt good to pick up the pace a little. I have a long way to go, but a long time to get there - in contrast to Burt Reynolds in "Smokey and the Bandit"
Foot didn't bother me until mile 11.. which is far better than it has been for quite some time.
