Nice effort. On this day it was about all I could do. Just wish there was someone to run with - a bit tough in the late stages to be out of sight of runners.
Easily the best paced race I have run - until I started to fade, the splits are amazingly consistent.
Course is really tough. I didn't realize how many hills there are.
Having Gary pace me early was a Godsend.
