Notes

Old marathon pace tempo. Effort wise this felt somewhere between what marathon and half marathon pace should be. Lots of work required to beat my old PR.

1.6 km (1 mile) warm up 5:16 min / km (8:30 min / mile)

8 km (5 mile) Tempo 4:19 min / km (6:57 min / mile)

.46 km (.25 mile) cool down 5:16 min / km (8:30 min / mile)

Cut run short by mistake. I thought I was running late. Turns out the clock on the wall at the gym was fast.... oh well.
