would be 9/10 but left hip was tight.Warm up 4.8 w Buddy to EH. Gu 15mins before start, 5m,10,16.Last 2 were w/ caffeinne.Drank 32oz Gatorade,second bottle frozen to start.Felt pretty much fueled and pretty good till about the 17m mark,after that it was a mental struggle not to quit.Motored through it and had a kick for the last tenth.
