5x1000 on the track with Conrad and Troy, aiming to get their 10k times under 6 min pace. The workout went great and they both averaged a few seconds under the goal pace of 3:35/1000. Troy averaged 3:28, and Conrad averaged 3:27 due to his 35 second 200 finish on the last interval.
I am feeling great and looking forward to my 24x300meter track workout tomorrow. I will start at 54 seconds and if that feels too easy will pick it up the last 12 or so.
