Notes

One loop of the CDA course plus out to Higgins point and back. A little hard to get going but felt great after the first 30 minutes. The bike was shifting on it's own on most of the climbs. Lost a ton of time trying to not let it skip gears. Seriously frustrating, lots of cussing! Rolled past the car in 2:28 and even though I tried to back off the effort to Higgins was able to increase my avg speed on the out and back.
